Baking My First Cake

Hi have any of you ever used a Blender to   mix your cake or pie ingredients? Well I do because I don't own a hand mixer and let me tell you it works great lol. I am in my forties and I have Never Baked a Cake before so I decided to take on the task today. And so far so good I haven't burned anything yet lol.
